Imagine a world in which the "civilizational jihadist process" was successful. We see in the current Middle East that any country controlled and ruled by theocratic religious extremists goes back in time and devolves to almost barbaric conditions.

They have to rely on the benevolence and gifts of civilized countries (the west) to survive. Now imagine there was no west to provide them with food, technology, education, and blue jeans (ha).
