Good idea, IMO. This is civil court. Team Trump can sue for defamataion. This gets away from "collusion is not illegal" standard, and into reputation. There is tons of evidence of what claims were made, and burden shifts to defendant to show the claims were either true, or parody. Parody is out the window ...
