Someone has you phone SIM card details. Visit your cell carrier and get a new card. The SIM card connects your phone to the carrier and network. If someone replicates your card or gets the card I’d number their phone becomes you.

I stopped in at the local AT&T.

They verified it’s not the SIM Card; that does not do anything as they have my phone number...

They said never answer & keep blocking each new number.
