Time has to be right.
Ever read the I Ching? Or Ecclesiastes? There is a time for everything under the sun.
POTUS and his team aren’t going to delay out of ignorance, laziness or any other reason. Timing has to be just right, everything has to be done in the right way.
It’s not the president causing the delay. He has been bellowing mad, along with the rest of us, for months.

Nah. The Justice Department went off like a rocket to investigate all things Trump, after Sessions Day 2 recusal, months ago, already spied on him during the campaign.
Congress sits on some of it very old news, but deigns to moves a referral in the second quarter of an Election year.
Party crap, I fear. Using Trump, again. Half of them are forced to use him to get a jump on a primary opponent.
