I hear what you are saying, but if she was in the window before the pressure equalized, that is what was going on. The people attending her would have had to overcome that positive pressure that kept her sealed to the hole. For the parts outside, the aerodynamic forces would be just like sticking your hand out at 500kts. Frozen and pummeled by the relative wind. The only kindness is perhaps the lack of oxygen and pressure caused her to lose consciousness.
