It's very tough to take. It shows a little girl, screaming in terror, being led into a slaughter room. She is terrified, and can see bodies around her wrapped in plastic. They lay her down and place a plastic tray under her body to catch her blood before they butcher her, which thankfully is not depicted.
It's hard to watch that, and then be told to "Trust the Plan" and "Be Patient."
It just is folks. Sorry, but it is.
Watching something like that pollutes your soul. Evil of this magnitude is hard to reconcile. My brother-in-law is an retired police detective, and he has described to me horrors that still haunt him.
Evil must be counter-acted with God's good. Listen to this beautiful peace of music by Showing results for castaway theme by Alan Silvestri, which became the theme to the movie Castaway. Think of God's goodness, and His love for us. It's the only way to truly feel that evil of this nature will not win against the goodness of God.

But the Lord sits enthroned forever; he has established his throne for justice, and he judges the world with righteousness; he judges the peoples with uprightness. The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.
Psalm 9:7-10
I hear you bro or sis. That’s why I could never watch the beheading videos. Don’t want to invite that sick/murder/death/kill feeling into my body and soul.
