Yes, like blaming the NRA because some idjit decided to shoot up a school. Never mind that the shooter was a known loose cannon, known to both the county law enforcement and the FBI. And the school administration for that matter.

I think that more and more people are seeing through that type of charade.

The reason "there is junk all over the internet" is an effective strategy, is that it is true. Unlike the NRA being to blame for shoot-ups, which is fairly obviously nonsensical cause/effect relationship.

You'll also notice massive substitution in the argument, debunking one piece of junk magically debunks a whole bunch of other stuff, again with a total lapse of rational connection. Birther movement - If Obama wasn't born in Kenya, he's eligible. BS. What about dual citizen? Never discussed THAT issue.
