What @backchannel17 explained was that that was the CIA asking Q a misleading question by putting together a graphic implying that he was claiming to be Q. That, supposedly, is what Q was calling fake.
FWIW Corsi was asked by sources with the admin to be a decoder/popularizer of Q, so it makes sense that he would have the insider word on another such effort.
