MS-13 (Mara Salvatrucha) first appeared in the 1980's. They were/are foreign devils from Salvador, Honduras, and Guatamala. They started in Los Angeles and were associated with La Eme, or the Mexican Mafia, which is where they picked up the 13, as it is the number associated with La Eme. Eme for "M", the 13th letter of the alphabet.
They have since spread throughout the USA and have a strong presence on the East Coast now.
It is no surprise that Trump/Sessions/Q emphasise them if they are the assassins/dirt dealers for the deep state.
