We found them extremely uncomfortable. I think they were filled with chunks of memory foam. They gave us sore necks. It costs us $10 postage to send them back for a refund. Different strokes for different folks, I guess.

You’re exactly right, the pillow is just filled with odd-shaped chunks of torn memory foam. It’s not rocket science. The filling is good at maintaining its fluff/shape fairly well, doesn’t flatten like a down pillow does. I like Mypillows better than any other pillows I’ve had, go figure.

The idea y.ou have to pay to return it is a joke. A family member bought 2 didn’t like it as there was virtually no fill in it at all and the size was almost like a travel size pillow even though they ordered queen. They stalled on giving back a refund and instead insisted on sending a different firmness pillow. Took a month and a threat of getting a credit card claim for fraud was made in order to get their money back. After that I always just thought it was a scam and he was suckering conservatives in to get a “patriotic” USA USA type of customer base that would buy it no matter the quality.
