I don’t know what all that is, but it looks expensive. Looks like a big inspection is due in four months.

Phase inspections are timed per flight hour. Each inspection checks various portions/components of the aircraft. The aircraft is due for a 12 year which does things like replace flight control cables that are not done on the phase inspections.

All events are expensive, typically 120,000 or better per inspection. So that million dollar aircraft will have at least 300,000 in inspection costs in the near future. , Engine issues will likely add another 50-100000 or so over the next couple years. Add in insurance, pilot salaries, and odds and ends and you are most likely looking at 1 million over the next few years—excluding hangar expense and fuel. kinda pricey!
