Thanks for your kind reply. Have the audio bk version. Am still not certain I’ll get the other 2 follow-on volumes. The character development, sociological/political/psychological type stuff is of interest. The violence is off-putting. Our world is violent enough. Not a great fan of paying to be exposed to more of it.
Do you mean "bloody novel" in the sense of "bloodydamn novel" as in damn good, or "bloody" as in lots of killing?
