Is that the answer to your question? The resultant anarchy and power vacuum serves their ultimate goals and, as an added benefit (or maybe the primary one), preserves ratlines and other profit/power venues.

I think we need to distinguish between prior strikes on Syria and these recent ones. That is a point in favor of the ‘took out DS assets’ argument. Prior administrations and their globalist allies wanted to destabilize Syria and throw it into chaos they could then exploit. Current administration wants to facilitate functioning nation-state, free of puppetmasters. Does that make sense?

No, it makes no sense, especially if we want to send Saudi “troops” to Syria.

In 2013, KSA sent prisoners who were slated for beheading to Syria to fight Assad. In exchange for commutation of their sentences, and $$$, Murderers, Rapists, and Drug Smugglers took the Saudi deal.
