Looking at that photo, I am struck that POTUS is holding Melania’s hand. His tie matches her dress. They are united.
Interesting that Abe also has a striped tie and he is walking close to the President.
Melania’s dress is fabulous.
They hold hands quite often. We on the train follow them closely every day. They have a very close relationship. If you remember during the rallies he most always flew back to New York to be home. She looks beautiful in that dress,doesn’t she.
I definitely don't want to veer off into a fashion subthread but, is it possible FLOTUS' horizontal stripes were selected so as not to emphasize the height differential?
That really is a great dress. Looks really classy on Melania (but what doesn’t?). Great tie. Really like the matchy-matchy thing when POTUS and FLOTUS do it.
