Here is what worked for me when Firefox wouldn’t load images on Free Republic. Up at the top. on the address bar, is a small “i” and next to it is an icon of a shield. Click on the shield, then click on “Tracking Protection,” then click to enable images to load on Free Republic.

That’s an engine failure, but no part of the bypass fan is left. The cowling is designed to contain one blade, not the whole fan. Maybe the shaft broke, releasing the entire bypass fan assembly.

Just because I inspected electronic connectors for military(?) planes it doesn't make me an expert on plane engines. LOL I do know our pin tension wasn't handling the stress needed.

There are just too many variables involved that can go wrong. I can't imagine big engines. I would say today's incident just happened but anythings possible we're told.

Same here. I was just remarking in relation to the tweet you posted that said "didn't look like engine failure." I agree it does not look like the expected failure, a blade coming out. But it doesn't look like sabotage to Not sure what Q meant and if it was in reference to this.me.

As for the fuel leak and fire, lots of holes in th eplane, be a shock if none of those were into a fuel tank - the wings are laregely feul tanks of themselves, and lots of fuel lines around the engines.

The lady died because she was partly pulled out the broken window next to her. Staff and others tried to pull her back inside but she died from those injuries, not from being hit by the shrapnel. It was what broke the window.

Just posted the Fire Department statement by Commissioner as reference.Woman who almost pull out the window was DOA at Philly.Officially it was a transport to hospital.Seven other injuries,treated on scene.
