The testimony against Ginsburg was and remains scathing and right on the money.

Orin Hatch recommended RBG to Bill Clinton. RBG was confirmed 96-3: Helms (R-NC), Nickles (R-OK), and Smith (R-NH) being the only NAY votes.

RBG had the enthusiastic support of the US senate. Bear that in mind as you read the record of her history and positions.

Congress is a deep state institution, as is SCOTUS. The US is a captive country, not free.
