He was fired by Trump, so I’m assuming our side has that evidence now?
I would have to think the good guys have it by now, but I have seen no real evidence of of it.

It’s believed that when he was removed “white hat” cleanup teams with in (accompanied by Trump’s most trusted security guy) and got all items of interest - similar happened when Comey was fired and F-B published the documentation of what was seized in the Vault.

IIRC, there was some talk at the time that the NYC police made copies before they gave Weiner’s laptop to the other guys.
