IMO Q is Admiral and NSA Director (the 17th director 17=Q) Mike Rodgers with team of trusted white hat associates beneath him.
In my experience on this board we try NOT to guess the identity of Q. This is dangerous real life stuff, and we don’t want anyone to muck it up just to show how smart they are.
