InQTel is a CIA shell company that does technology acquisitions, they then turn around and sell it to Google, and then Rob Painter (who also worked for the CIA and InQTel) sells it to Governments around the world as Google products.
Supposedly they do a substantial part of the security, especially for ex-pres.

Thanks Cali. The article I’m referring to names DARPA and Kryptowire as the collaborators on this particular project. Looks like multiple entities are working on the same idea. All of it under the “we just want to keep you healthier ruse”. Why ever sign a HIPPA release!
