They refused to leave when the police first ordered them to leave. It took multiple police escorting them that got them out.
I know a master coffee roaster that would agree. Back on topic. Starbucks has the right to regulate who is in their coffee shop. If they think some kind of illegal activity is going on, they have the right to ask those involved to leave. I am sure enough evidence through video cameras can back up their observations.
Who needs a cardboard box when there's a Starbucks nearby?
Look for Starbucks to become a haven for the homeless; and maybe a few of the Paying yuppies will get the message and stop in at Dunkin' Donuts instead.
