FULL TITLE: Revealed: Lesbian mom was drunk and her wife and kids had 'Benadryl-style drug' in their system when she drove them all intentionally off a cliff to their deaths
The white lesbian woman who drove off a Northern California cliff last month in an SUV carrying her wife and adopted children was drunk, authorities said Friday.
Toxicology tests found Jennifer Hart had an alcohol level of 0.102, said California Patrol Capt. Bruce Carpenter. California drivers are considered drunk with a level of 0.08 or higher.
Toxicology tests also found that her wife Sarah Hart and two of their children had 'a significant amount' of an ingredient commonly found in the allergy drug Benadryl, which can make people sleepy. Toxicology results for a third child killed are still pending, Carpenter said.

Murder suicide.
Can we, legally, convict dead persons for murder? Wish we could, so society could put it in the legal record that these two pretend moms were murderers. I say pretend because no real mom could do what they did to the kids (kids they got society to let them borrow so they could play house).
0.10 is drunk but not falling down drunk. It was the BASELINE for determining intoxication in situations of driving or operating equipment. She still had control, and probably used alcohol to dull any residual inhibitions to harming the children that she acquired as accessories.
Just enough alcohol to cut the edge while you murder your whole family.
It really is downplayed the very real connection with children that actually BEARING them bestows. There is a biological and very real soul connection that bolsters the safety of vulnerable children, even leading mothers to risk unconscionable danger to protect them. This is absent in pretend mothers like these.
