The white lesbian woman who drove off a Northern California cliff last month in an SUV carrying her wife and adopted children was drunk, authorities said Friday.

Toxicology tests found Jennifer Hart had an alcohol level of 0.102, said California Patrol Capt. Bruce Carpenter. California drivers are considered drunk with a level of 0.08 or higher.

Toxicology tests also found that her wife Sarah Hart and two of their children had 'a significant amount' of an ingredient commonly found in the allergy drug Benadryl, which can make people sleepy. Toxicology results for a third child killed are still pending, Carpenter said.

It really is downplayed the very real connection with children that actually BEARING them bestows. There is a biological and very real soul connection that bolsters the safety of vulnerable children, even leading mothers to risk unconscionable danger to protect them. This is absent in pretend ‘mothers’ like these.

That’s not that drunk for an experienced drinker, right? I mean, it’s not like she was just pie-eyed drunk and drove off the road, it still seems likely an intentional act, yes?

That is entirely subjective. The .08 figure is just a number the lawmakers decided a while back was the legal definition of 'drunk'. But every person is going to be entirely different. I drink a decent bit, have always been pretty skinny, and it takes a lot for me to actually be drunk. Probably around a .15 or so. On the other hand, one of my old bosses drinks a decent bit too, is a bigger guy, and two glasses of wine will get him pretty tipsy, and he's probably only around a .04 BAC.

But, to answer your question, she was likely not completely sloshed, it was almost definitely an intentional act. Especially considering the second lesbo and all the kids were drugged up pretty good.
