Typical Fl as you know, head East a few miles and its an entirely diff culture.
I like Flagler B and have Ormond and Pt Orange on my short list of relocation spots.
Central Fl is a trip.
Went from Stuart to Ft Myers via Lake Ockachobee(sp) one year.
That life style in Pahokee is something to behold,dont cha know?
Thought about N side of Jax towards Fernandina but remember the paper mills from my time at NAS.
Is Yulee still like Bunnell?
They still bad as I could consider the area for home owners and taxes ?
