Agree - if you take any form of welfare you should lose the right to vote for 20 years - from the date of last use.
This movement to balkanize the US along racial lines will lead to only one result: millions of dead blacks and Hispanics (at least half of whom are really good people) and the return of real racism.

Don’t agree with 20 yrs...
If one is GAINFULLY employed and has a work ‘history’ should be able to vote.
Main thing is eliminating the ‘right’ to vote for your own ‘freebies’ or extending them etc.
And yes, there are some legitimate cases of drawing welfare or unemployment, have to set a limit say 6 months and you lose the vote UNTIL you requalify by being gainfully employed...
