Twitter won’t open the feed.

Have had this problem off & on w/various feeds linked here at FR.
Try: Go to search engine. Enter twitter handle. Feed will be listed. Works well.
It rarely happens but it wouldn’t open for me on that particular site. ?? I am on twitter most of the day..its where I get my news.
