However, the oligarchy has long noted such plans ... they do NOT WANT serfs and slaves thinking or challenging them on ANYTHING. They certainly do not want lots of thinking smart people collaborating together to remove the oligarchy from power.

They want just dumb, drugged, robotic worker-bee deones, slaves, serfs. And not many of those. The rest have to die.
