Another thing, they can’t work on cars, make minor home repairs, aren’t good with their hands at all.
I’ve had apprentices come on the job, not only do they not listen and follow directions, they think they know it all.
They don’t want to run the job site, they want to run the company.

We were just talking about that. These 30 somethings are have been building our house. April 15 it will be 9 months. It's not even that big of a house. The general contractor looks like he might cry if one does not approach him the right way. He can't keep guys. It's a mess

Plus my in laws were saying how all their kids talk at them not to them. They are all mid 30's-late 40's. It is a mess this whole world is a mess. Not sure how we can right this ship.

Had a nephew come out built our deck. Did a good job, but him and his buddy never shut up and they know everything. Start ripping on the plans etc. Makes my head hurt. Just build the deck! Husband referred to them as Heckle and Jekyll.

The none of the contractors except the plumber ever shows up before 9AM and they leave by 3PM. They all want to be bankers!
