AXIOS SCOOP: Paul Ryan confidants say he’s not running again. He plans to tell colleagues today.

Then he needs to be replaced as speaker ASAP! The last thing we need now with all that's going on is a Lame Duck Speaker.

I agree, 100%!! Unfortunately, they'll likely do nothing, and elect new person, with new 2018 class/term.
