That is why Q has stressed, many times, the importance of the Marines.

The USMC is the only branch of the Military that can accept orders DIRECTLY from the POTUS. POTUS must go thru the Pentagon chain of command to use the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Combatant Commander in those three branched strictly follow their chain of command, i.e, thru the Pentagon.

POTUS wanted no more Trans in the Military, right? Who overruled him? The Pentagon.

(I never did read the Marine Corps Manual and decided to read this part now)

By law it is incorporated into the Marine Corps manual under:

SECTION A - ORGANIZATION, FUNCTIONS, AND COMMAND
2. Mission and Functions
... ( watchin out for the period police )
(7) Perform such other duties as the President may direct.

with that said, I owe a Freeper ( don't remember who ) a huge apology, as I questioned this.
