I’ve always had a theory that GWB let 9/11 happen to get his patriot act passed. I think they knew about these 20 guys, but let then roam not realizing it was going to be that bad.

I no longer believe that GWB was THAT reluctant a globalist. I think he was a bit more patriotic than a lot of them. However, he was reared in a globalist saturated family to fill a certain role. Maybe he had little choice but he had some choice and he chose to play the role.
It seems inescapable to us that 9/11 was somewhat meticulously planned from the git-go and not by Muslims.
It had to be a globalist designed, planned and implemented operation from below ground and up.
I don't know how much GWB knew about it before hand. I know that Qx watching things live on CNN while FREEPING in Taipei --he KNEW INSTANTLY IN HIS SPIRIT while watching GWB's nonverbal signals when he was informed by reading the book to the kids--THAT BUSH KNEW WELL AHEAD OF TIME WHAT HE WAS BEING TOLD. In fact, Qx was convinced that the whole scene, setting etc. was a set-up carefully calculated to cast Bush in a particular light as part of a much larger drama, play of many acts and scenes carefully written well ahead of time.
He knew this while a fan of GWB and it troubled him a lot.
He used to be even more a fan of Bush's wife and mother. He's not now a fan of any of them. He even believes the wife and mother are about as ruthless and saturated with globalist values as Bush Sr--more so than GWB. That puzzles him.
Qx speculates that GWB's alcoholism was likely significantly fueled by the dissonance between a love for the Republic and the family involvement in globalism.
Not sure about Dubya and who "owned" who....but I'd easily level that charge at the RAT deep-state and the uni-party.
