Here is one review I was able to catch, looks like google is busy hiding this massage from the reviews:

Try StartPage. Thinking of paying for their email service. I use it for most searches (goog still better for translation and calculations). I search a lot of odd, seemingly unrelated facts when writing. I get no ads related to my searches.
