I wonder why POTUS is in a long wool coat, when everyone else is in regular suit jackets.

I really like the coat that President Trump wears. It really looks Presidential compared to regular suit. It’s almost like a robe. I also know when it warms up he won’t be wearing it, but lately, whenever you see him he is wearing an overcoat.
