a.) My monitor is "shadowy". I think it's dying a slow death.
b.) I could totally kick your ass in a F'd up eye contest, most likely.
c.) All I could make out was a bunch of military guys. like Generals or something, and Pence only because of his Race Bannon doo.
d.) I can't pick out Rogers by sight.
Based on the above information and in answer to your question, I'm going to have to give you a strong maybe.

a.) I think what we are seeing here is The Donald's "kitchen cabinet."
b.) Also, this pic may be Q' way of showing off his new haircut for us.
Personally, I was hoping to see Gen. Flynn in that photo...
I'd say there is a finite possibility that we are seeing some members of the Q team... OTOH, there certainly is a galaxy of stars, there...
