I think the possibility exists that Syria will see another limited strike, possible by Israel in the next hours. The Russia offer of on-site inspection will take place and WILL verify WMD-gas.
POTUS will immediately call for the Assad regime to exit and surrender to a NATO team or face the complete annihilation of Damscus and his capture -— with prejudice. SpecFor is close to and monitoring Assad’s movements.
Putin may be cajoled by Trump and agree to the regime change given world opinion/outcry.
