The news is treating their viewers like they are adolescents...
My journalism professor in college told us that the newspapers target an audience reading level with 4th grade comprehension. Any higher than that and their readership goes down. The 4th grade level seems to be where most people understand what they are writing in the newspaper.
I don't know what the comprehension level for TV audiences is but this Joy Reid is targeting those who are imbeciles.
The only adolescents in this picture are Joy Reid and her attorney guest, who are both talking like they are still in middle school.
