I didn't pay $50, I got it from a drug dealer from MN...heh, heh, heh:) {It's a bad joke}.

The pillow’s main design flaw is as your head sinks down, the sides rise up and suffocate your nose.
Regular foam from Hobby Lobby, the big piece, can be cut up for a custom fit.
