LISA-This links to a declas document re: Earth Satellite Program & Guided Missiles. Wondering if "Old to New" indicates @POTUS plans for a new org to head up our satellite program to replace DS-controlled satellites (responsible for all the plane crashes)?

Several anons have noted that Q's reference to "The 'Start'" was most likely when @realDonaldTrump decided he needed to plan his run for the Presidency to avenge his friend's death and stop the Clinton Machine. This sounds very plausible.
