Wonder if the vic was dead before he entered the water...Wondering the same, since via the nearest major road to the Chattahoochee River from Atlanta is a trip of about 100 miles; yet he didn't take his wallet, driver's licence or cell phone.

There is access to the Chattochee River all over Atlanta and out from there in the burbs...the first thing that came to mind, was he found where that guy dumped all those black children years ago....
