Yes, kind of obviously out of place for a jaunt.
1)Why not gather the items there in WV?
2)Why feel its safer to take on board a plane our President is on?
3)Why not ask ahead and have someone already on site to set up the TV etc. if that?
4) Perhaps not too heavy of items if they are carrying them?
5)Were items given to them by someone near the DC area?
6)Legal papers carried to ensure safety and secrecy?
