The black lines are shadows of pole lights. There are also shadows of the perimeter fence.
I wonder if the poles were put in to anchor the tarp as attachment points. The court is not a tennis court but would look like it from above. No poles for a net and a bit on the hilly side for a real court.

Thanks for for the input. Not sure now of what we are seeing. Hopefully it is just a tennis court. The island frequently has visitors for seminars and I would expect to see some real tennis courts somewhere.

I tend to be less hyperbolic than some, when in serious mode. I believe that The Donald was working the phones to various Governors and States into the wee hours last night to arrange the "troops on the border" thing that he changed his remarks to today. Also, this is the most remarkable event I could glean from the news of the day.
I believe this is the thing Q was referring to. You may dispute me, but it makes the most sense. "Watch the News" is just a way of telling us what to look for and what the Donald was working on into the night.
