I don't really follow the Epstein island stuff too much. Too technical and bad eyes. I just had a thought, though. Why no pictures of vehicles. All those roads and no vehicles. No boats.
Or am I just blind and this is irrelevant? Also no humans? Would we even be able to see people?

There are a lot of vehicles on the island as well as a few boats. Zoom in and you can see them. Keep in mind that the is quite small.
Great St. James Island attracts a lot of boats. Must be good fishing.

My guess is that golf carts are used to get around the island and, when no one is there, they keep the carts in a vehicle barn.

Would we even be able to see people? If the white rectangles around the 'septic tank' are benches then there should be enough resolution to make out a human, although, if standing, he/she/it would just look like a blob from above. IMO.
