Looking at that pair of posts, 1038 (no. 916268) signed Q+ may be a response to 1037 (No.916218) signed Q.

Q says "BOOMs en route. Blind. 5:5 " and closes with a cryptic line.

Q+ replies, maybe instructs "Device hold. Comms transfer castle. Chatter. Rig for silent."

if cyberwar, the BOOMs may be network packets intended to inflcit or initiate damage. Sent in the blind. Q+ may be able to view and is reporting reaction from the target.

All pure speculation on my part, driven by seeing those two messages and differing signatures is close juxtaposition.
