A single plus is, for sure. The only time I've seen two together is the name of the programming language, C++
I can't recall seeing three together as representing anything.
* is used for multiply, ** for "raise to the power", again, I've never see three asterisk together.
For Q purposes, I suppose we all see the "+", "++" and "+++" strings not as mathematical operators but as symbols for something.
