Interesting article about material procurement for DOD. I knew there was a Buy American act that says all materials for military must come from USA. What I didn’t know is that wavers had been increasingly used to get cheaper foreign material. Trump has shut that down and is insisting the law be followed.
How stupid can the military be to use Chinese made steel and electronics sold to us via Canada.
