I think Cboldt’s 1509 post is valid, but you are right maybe there is something in there we are missing.
At the end of the video there are two pictures. One says, United States Military Power 2018/ And it’s allies/ “Are you ready, Russia?”
The other is a US NAVY SEALS/ Tribute 2018 with an inscription, “The only easy day was yesterday.”
