I take it as second night in some military operation, wehre the operation is more recon and show of force capability than firefight.
Forced a reaction from who? What country? Near neighbor Mexico, or NK-related, or Iran-related? Or something else entirely?

hit tonight with Rods-from-God. I don't know nothin from nothing bout it, but why rods from god. I thought they were only devastating because of the speed which they descended and hit the earth. Can they be shot across space at targets? Don't we have lazer shooting satellites or am I thinking of movies. Serious question. Why did you specify rods from god. April Showers?
