Fast moving birds? I mean they probably do move fast, or maybe they just sit there and the earth turns, I frankly have never thought about it. Hmmmmmm
Typical recon satellite orbits the earth in 90 minutes or so, pretty fast. "Fast movers" could refer to satellites as well, but I think more likely a reference to aircraft or missiles.
