A friend told me she got her senior mother a phone that she could text on. A few days later her mother ended her text with WTF. She instantly called her mother and ask her if she knew the meaning the said sure it means ‘West Texas Friends.’

I've been told it can also mean "Welcome to Floriduh." (Told to me by son in Georgia.)
