I tend to be less hyperbolic than some, when in serious mode. I believe that The Donald was working the phones to various Governors and States into the wee hours last night to arrange the "troops on the border" thing that he changed his remarks to today. Also, this is the most remarkable event I could glean from the news of the day.
I believe this is the thing Q was referring to. You may dispute me, but it makes the most sense. "Watch the News" is just a way of telling us what to look for and what the Donald was working on into the night.

Then I saw a headline this morning that Gov “ImaPerv” Brown says she may indeed allow OR NG to the border.... Maybe she got a little call from POTUS Trump and felt the heat, even if she didn’t see the light.
