Just speculating here, but there is a lot of uranium deposits in Nevada as well.
What people are missing about this whole Utah thing is it’s just a data center there. You don’t walk into a data center and delete emails, you do it from wherever you are in the world.
If the data was stored on a cloud, where would you hold a trial?
Utah is just a place Huber happens to be from, nothing more, nothing less.
Perhaps this affects Jurisdiction in this case.
