We need to focus on one aspect of this. Either the reboot points us to the individual (Huber) or the fact that he was appointed in the first place. Or both? I think more so the appo;tnment rather than the individual. And it's almost self-explanatory, isn't it? So why the mention. My head hurts.
I think the notion of a reboot because Obama is going to be shown unqualified is reasonable, "for the history books." A US Attorney reaching the level of "for the history books" on account of being held over or renominated is not a significant historical event.
